Boucherouite Rug , Orange

Called Boucherouite ,these stunning and original contemporary rugs are amateurs of tribal art, in which symbolism, bold graphics , range of colors and surprisingly modern appeal bring out their universal value of beauty.
Boucherouite are freeform of "rag rugs" and refers to a kind of rag from rural areas of Morocco created from leftover scraps of wool and cotton, along with synthetic fibers such as Rayon , Nylon and other recycled materials, all of which are incorporated into exiting patterns and extravagant variety of surface textures.
Also called "crazy rugs", beautiful isn’t exactly the word for these things. They are truly unique. Some of them are garish and weird, though their exuberance is irresistible.
It is for many reasons that we have fallen in love with these Boucherouite.
The sheer honesty and joyfulness of these artistic creations, their bright colors, their lyrical abstract movements, and their modest prices are of great interest to those who appreciate their authenticity and unique decorative value.
